Health Checkups & Medical Tests: You may cancel your appointment or medical test up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Telemedicine Services: If you need to cancel a telemedicine consultation, please notify us at least 6 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
